That's not even the story right now. What about the 10-hour match that got stopped due to darkness. They will continue tomorrow.

Nope. John Isner (USA) and Nicolas Mahut (France).
It's 59-59 in the 5th set. Just ridiculous and unheard of.

ONe of the most amazing things in sports let alone tennis. Isner wanted to continue to play but the Mahut the Frenchman wanted to quit. Whoever wins will probably lose nexgt match since they will have a hard time recovering from this.

It's not that he wanted to quit. He actually said he wanted to keep playing but he couldn't see the ball anymore. It's too bad they weren't playing on center court where they have lights (no idea why they don't have them for all courts).

It sucks that they didn't just play the match into the night, they should have just turn on the floodlights.

They didn't have lights. They only have them on Center Court. And there was no way they were about to move the players and the entire crowd into another court to finish it off.

Unbelievable match! The longest game ever. I thought Mahut was Isner's clone or vice versa. Besides, they realized MANY aces! I think they broke several records
