Sideline Story was my first experience with J. Cole. There were a couple of tracks that I thought were good, but nothing blew me away like I expected from all of the hype I had heard. Nothing really stood out enough to make me think I should check out his other mixtapes.

And tonight I realized how stupid of a mistake that was :laughing: . I just listened to Friday Night Lights for the first time and this stuff is fire. Now I know I need to check out the rest of his discography

agreed FNL was better than his actual album imo

Ive been following Cole since his Warm Up days.

His best material definitely wasnt CWTSS.

Cole is 1 of the best live acts i've seen.
