I deleted my cookies and was able to make a couple posts. I tried again but I get an error every time I try to post now. I'm done with it. I'm sure I'll find out whenever CL is ACTUALLY back up and ready to use.

I deleted my cookies and that only worked for Internet explorer. However I tried to make a post and it wouldn't let me.

Right. I wasn't sure if you could actually post, but the site allows new sessions, just not repeated ones (if that makes sense). If I had access to a phpBB board, I could probably pinpoint the exact table that's causing problems with the database.

The frequency and duration of the crashes is getting out of hand now. I would assume JSM and CL are the ones in charge but they are no where to be found. I don't know if any others are behind the site.

[expletive], I just tried to view clublakers right now and it's STILL DOWN? Wtf? Is anyone even responding to you guys? Has there been any statement put out or they've just kept it like a mystery, not even advising their members of the exact problem and when, if ever it'll be resolved?

if CL ever comes back up i hope some changes are made because this is unacceptable and i hope whoever remains there voices their concerns too.

I think that they need to switch over to IP.Board and not be so concerned about the other club sites on the network. phpBB is free for a reason.

And if they aren't willing to switch, at least update the board software, and give at least one administrator access to the database (and if they have access to it, make sure they are active).

I think the latter definanely needs to happen. I think at least 3 people should have access to it so that way if something happens someone will know can do something. This has been going on for like over a week now and I have a feeling if CL ever comes back up there will be less members which would be ashame.

I got banned from CL for my postings in favor of Women and Gay Rights.
My emails requesting an explination on why I was banned, went unanswered.


Thankfully, I was told about this site by members on CL, which appears to be much better maintained and well run.
Needless to say, i am not too concerned about the plight of CL, although, it is unfortunate for the members who must suffer through the failures of the higher ups.

lol I saw what type of stuff he posted on CL...can't say I'm thrilled with him on this forum.
