side note: love all the "refs/umps dont change the outcome", sure that didnt change the pitchers WHIP or avg. not at all....

He made a mistake. It still is one of the worst calls ever, but he was very apologetic after the game Even went and found the pitcher to apologize, gave him a hug, and was even crying during that time.

I don't see what the big deal is. Yeh, he blew a call but NFL refs blow calls all the time and so do NBA officials.
Well we know you hate baseball so thats why you don't get what the big deal was haha. The kid was about to throw a perfect game, probably the hardest feat to reach in a game. He basically threw a perfect game last night, but the blown call took it away from him.

I'm indifferent towards baseball.
I saw what happened but it still boils down to a missed call.
