I like him, he played great in College. But i doubt he would still be there in 43rd pick, he might go up a bit. Also, even though he still on the board, lakers will blow him away like they did with George Hill and Blair.

Forget Jon Scheyer. He's a shooter sure, but I don't see his level of effectiveness transitioning to the next level.

As far as this draft goes, there's one player I want to see in LA--Avery Bradley. His stock is low right now, if people want to sleep on him, let them do so. He's projected to go in the late 1st round. This guy was rated higher than John Wall coming out of high school. Number 1, in fact. Draft him and put him at the 1. His game is a bit shaky to handle that role, but he can work with Fisher, who's arguably as good of a teacher as he is a player, to develop PG skills under the tri. He has an NBA-level jumpshot and his athletiscm is through the roof. And the most important attribute of all is his ability to be a great defensive player at the PG position.

I like the kats saying its just second... Like the Lakers are getting a free agent with all the extra money under the cap... Oh yea, they don't have the money to sign anybody with... So either workout some guards and shoot a crap shoot on a couple picks , use the farm down in the D-league.. Or resign Fish, Jordan and Shanoooon... I believe most of the board ain't feelin these kats no more.. So why not atleast think about looking for a guard in the second round versus shooting the idea.... Lakers worked out George Hill too.. I was mad they didn't get him..

I like Scheyer, he'd be great in the tri - can shoot, distribute and is smart. Defensively he could be a liability against speedy and strong NBA PGs but for a 2nd rounder he's a good value.

mitch really liked hill. they were gonna draft hill but the spurs took him before the lakers pick
