I bet you are better with the arcade stick but you have to buy one and use it for about a month or two and you will never want to play a fighter again without a stick.

You just have to get used to the stick and it takes a little bit of practice and time.

yea, time is something i do not have a lot of...and its frustrating to me to struggle with games i already know i'm good at. thats why it was frustrating for me on xbox 360 because my success rate on some of the more powerful and complicated combos (like magento's air combo ending with magnetic tempest) went way down on that controller vs. me playing on a dreamcast controller. i feel i'd just get pissed after a few losses and go back to the controller that i'm already more comfortable with.

same reason i never really got into halo. i'm a good FPS player w/ a mouse/keyboard, but i'm not nearly as good w/ the dual sticks on the next gen systems.

There's a lot of stuff flying around, but in terms of SFIV, the biggest similarity is simply in terms of using 3D models with a 2D fighting style.

3v3 is back, and as far as "completely different" from MVC2 I would say that is simply not correct. It ain't. In terms of gameplay, between SFIV, TVC, and MVC2, MVC3 will by far most resemble MVC2.

Also Game Informer hinted that there may be 3 or 4 characters from a different franchise (ie: other than Capcom or Marvel) entering the game. Crazy.

interesting...haven't played TvC so no clue what the button layout will mean...

i was reading some other crap, and it said that launchers are now just universally one button...not sure how i feel about that, but we'll see...still buyin the game...haha

get it for 360. MVC2 for ps3 is dead. i went on it and couldn't find an online match. pretty sure 360 community would still be alive in the MVc2 world
