Wow... what a series that'll be! I was hoping to see Cavs-Bobcats.

Cavs fans are relieved! lol

I actually enjoy watching the Bobcats play. Nonetheless, this will be a great series and Orlando will probably win in 6 games, but man I was hoping the Cats would play Cleveland. :eh:

That definitely has the potential of being a very interesting playoff series

I honestly don't think this series will go as far as 6 games.

In the regular season, The Magic and Bobcats met each other 4 times (Magic leads the series 3-1)
Here is some series Information:

Nov 10, 2009- Orlando 93, Charlotte 81
High Scorers:
Orlando: Dwight Howard- 15 Points
Charlotte: Raymond Felton - 18 Points

High Rebounders:

Orlando: Dwight Howard- 10 Rebounds
Charlotte: Boris Diaw- 8 Rebound

High Assists:
Orlando: Dwight Howard- 6 Assists
Charlotte: Boris Diaw- 8 Assists

Nov 16, 2009- Charlotte 91, Orlando 97
High Scorers:
Orlando: Jameer Nelson- 16 Points
Charlotte: Boris Diaw - 21 Points

High Rebounders:
Orlando: Dwight Howard- 11 Rebounds
Charlotte: Stephen Jackson & Gerald Wallace- 9 Rebound

High Assists:
Orlando: Jameer Nelson- 5 Assists
Charlotte: Raymond Felton- 5 Assists

Jan 23, 2010- Orlando 106, Charlotte 95
High Scorers:
Orlando: Jameer Nelson & Vince Carter- 21 Points
Charlotte: D.J. Augustin - 22 Points

High Rebounders:
Orlando: Dwight Howard- 20 Rebounds
Charlotte: Boris Diaw & Gerald Wallace- 10 Rebound

High Assists:
Orlando: Rashard Lewis- 6 Assists
Charlotte: Boris Diaw- 5 Assists

Mar 14, 2010- Charlotte 96, Orlando 89
High Scorers:
Orlando: Dwight Howard- 27 Points
Charlotte: Stephen Jackson - 28 Points

High Rebounders:

Orlando: Dwight Howard- 16 Rebounds
Charlotte: Theo Ratliff & Tyrus Thomas- 9 Rebound

High Assists:
Orlando: Vince Carter- 6 Assists
Charlotte: Raymond Felton- 7 Assists

I feel that this series will go 5 games, with Magic winning in convincing fashion.

The reason I feel that it would be a good and tough series is due to the fact that Stephen Jackson wasn't on their team when Charlotte played Orlando the first time and the second time they played, Jack was new to the team. So I don't even count those two meetings. Charlotte also acquired Tyrus Thomas and Chandler is healthy now as well. This Bobcats team is not the same team Orlando played earlier in the season.

no one thought the warriors would beat the mavericks in the first round either. any nba team can beat any nba team on any given night (e.g. NJ Nets winning 12 games). plus the bobcats are legit after adding all those players during the season. they got some good chemistry going.

off topic i know, but someone start a thread about the crazy 1st round in the western conference! as it stands now (according to nba.com)
2. Dallas vs. 7. San Antonio
3. Denver vs. 6. Portland
4. Utah vs. 5. Phoenix

i think denver has it the easiest if these matchups stand and broy is hurt and might not play in the playoffs. utah SHOULD win cuz they would get HCA even though phoenix has some nice veteran playoff experience. but dallas vs. san antonio would definitely be interesting cuz manu is playing out of his mind right now. i looked at the rest of the eastern conference matchups and the first round is a cake walk for the teams with HCA

we want Denver advancing and stay at the 3 spot so that they can take out Dallas for us. They matchup much better with Dallas than we do and we can beat Denver eventually in the WCF. I'm not worried about Utah/Phoenix
