Website Layout changes after refresh?

So I click on a forum topic and it comes out very basic like u see in the video BEFORE I hit refresh. When I hit refresh it goes back to normal as u see in the video. Why is this happening?

Delete your cookies and tell me what happens after you close your browser, re-open it and sign back in.
If it's not a cookie issue, it's the skin cache.

Still. The problem is present.Delete your cookies and tell me what happens after you close your browser, re-open it and sign back in.
If it's not a cookie issue, it's the skin cache.

Just re-cached the skins.
If it's still giving you problems, it has to be on your end. I'm using Google Chrome, but I've also checked with Firefox and IE, with no problems.

I'll try at home. I am out rite now. And I am using Google Chrome dev version, is that the problem?Just re-cached the skins.

That definitely looks like an issue with the developer Chrome. I'm using stable and I have no problems.

Yea I just tested it. The problem is with the dev version of Chrome.

Why is that one of the reasons? It's a bug for Chrome that hasn't been fixed yet, because it's in development.One of the reason why we'll probably have to redesign the site from the ground up during the summer.

Just removed it for the Playoffs. We'll probably switch it up during the off-season.Is top of forums going to be removed too, to match the blog? Really like the look when it's removed.
