Perhaps embarrassing to admit, but oh well, this is one of the few FEW movies that almost always gets me, just makes me flat out shed tears for various reasons. Beautiful film, beautiful story, beautiful voice, beautiful person.

Anyone else ever seen it here? Thoughts?

Am I the only one who was touched by it at all?

I've seen this movie a thousand times and seeing JLo's booty never gets old.

It's a good movie too.

Not only is JLo in it...but Constance Marie as well.

Not one of my favorite movies of all time or anything like that, but a damn good one. Still can't believe what happened to Selena.

I love this movie!
I remember the first time I watched it as a kid and I was crying and asking my dad why she had to die. Posted Image Still gets me to tear up when I see it.

I wish it were available for blu-ray already.

& J.Lo indeed did amazing. She should've won an Oscar for that performance imo.

Also, for those who aren't too familiar or weren't too familiar with the real Selena, J. Lo was a great pick for the part, not only because of her great acting skills in this film, but because of her body & specifically her booty. Those who remember the real Selena, know she herself packed a huge rear end as well, arguably for some even bigger than J.Lo's, but that's debatable.

Selena's Husband Chris Perez talking about her after her death, very very sad video...

Good movie, sad story. My girl loves this movie so much.
The real Selena was something special & meant a lot to Tejano fans.

I actually forgot about U-Turn, that is a damn good movie...

Anaconda? Laughable at best, and her "performance" in that wasn't anything to be proud of...

I've never seen Out of Sight or Money Train before, so I can't really comment on her performance in those...

Anaconda was a decent movie. I liked it.

I don't go into movies expecting Oscar performances from everyone. What did you expect her performance to be like? She was trying not to get eaten by a giant snake!

Something about her though that makes me pay little attention to her acting. :hmm:

I don't know what I was expecting, I was 12 when this movie came out I think? I can't remember my thoughts the first time I saw it...

But anyway you spin it, Anaconda was a B-movie with A-list stars, and JLo wasn't great in it, that's all...
