I gotta give props to Pau, we've been calling him soft but he came to play in the second half. 19pts, 19reb, 5 blocks.

Lakers frontcourt killed the Spurs, Odom needs to start, Bynum needs to go to the bench!

Don't forget Pau's 8 assists.

Also that stat they showed for Jefferson is ridiculous. What was it? Jefferson had 17 games where he scored under 10 pts from 2006-09, but this season he has 16. Talk about a huge dropoff.

Tim Duncan carries this team, but they will only go as far as Jefferson takes them.

Don't forget Pau's 8 assists.

8? First it said 6, then 7 and now 8? The NBA knows this is Pau not Lebron right?

WHO DAT?!?!

Great game by the guys. Wednesday will be a good game for the team. I think Kobe should just sit out and get some more rest. No reason to play and possibly re-injure himself.

Pau gasol with the beast game, LO doin' work, and Farmar/Sasha both big off the bench for us.

Let's hope the guys get a new found confidence and start playing this way when Kobe gets back.

Go Lakers!!!

I hate to admit this but the Lakers offense does look a little bit more consistent without Kobe.

But that is not entirely Kobe's fault

The Lakers need to stop watching Kobe doing work and bring this type of intensity when he comes back.

Fisher, SASHA, and Ron are the number 1 suspects that need to bring this type of fight when Kobe returns to the lineup

Just think what Pau would have had if he hadn't missed those bunnies in the 1st half.
I wonder if that finger is giving him trouble....the one he injured over the summer.
Hes missing too many lay-ups and hooks at the rim

pau had 10rb's at the half. he was the only guy for us rebounding early while keeping TD in check offensively
Kobe's official reign of terror is about to get its jump off on.

Only got to watch the second half but we looked good, Pau had a good game and our guards played well too. Forgot to record the first half. Anyone know if they replay home games from TNT on FS West tomorrow? Usually it's from like 2-4 the day after the game.

I managed to watch the game during class and all I've gotta say is that I am damn proud of the team for keeping up the mentality of playing another game without Kobe (and tonight without Bynum as well) and keeping up the intensity from the Portland game. It was so damn hard not to explode in cheers while I was in class lol.

I really do hope the team continues this type of effort when Kobe comes back and that they look to continue playing like this on a more consistent basis. So far undefeated without Kobe (2-0).
