Hip-Hop crooner Nate Dogg has suffered a second stroke, sources have told AllHipHop.com.

While details are sketchy, sources stated that the rapper is in serious condition due to the stroke, which is his second since December 20, 2007.

Sources told AllHipHop.com that at the moment, the famed singer cannot breathe on his own.

The first stroke left Nate Dogg, born Nathaniel Hale, partially paralyzed on the left side of his body, although his brain didn’t suffer any major damage from incident.

In May, rumors surfaced that Nate Dogg had died as a result of the stroke, but his manager Rod McCrew dismissed the reports, and stated that he was pleased with the progress of Nate Dogg’s recovery.

In June, Nate Dogg was arrested for allegedly making threats against his former girlfriend as he followed her in another car on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles.

AllHipHop.com will continue to follow this story as it develops.

Posted Image

As reported earlier, eleven days ago Nate Dogg suffered a second stroke but is now said to be in stable condition.

Nate Dogg (real name: Nathaniel Dwayne Hale) is still having slight difficulty breathing and is currently constrained to using a breathing tube.

Luckily, the former Death Row Records inmate never suffered any brain damage.

“According to our sources it’s too early to tell how this stroke will impact the use of his limbs (his arm and leg were affected from the first stroke) – but there isn’t much movement below his neck at this time, reported TMZ.

In related news, The R&B singer is facing felony charges for making death threats to his ex-girlfriend and is scheduled to make a court appearance on Wednesday (September 24).

I didn't even know he had a stroke to begin with. Damn.

Nate's awesome. He's one of the only people who should ever be allowed to sing hooks on hip-hop songs.

Nate Dogg Stroke Due To Bad Diet

Posted Image

Nate Dogg's cousin Donald Smith has told E! News that the superstar's condition is worse then people think.

According to Smith, the 39-year-old rapper / producer, real name Nathaniel Dwayne Hale was on a life support machine in a Los Angeles-area hospital with a feeding tube in his mouth.

Nate's situation has since improved and he has been taken off life support but still requires a feeding tube, according to Smith.

"He has suffered another stroke from his bad eating habits and unhealthy lifestyle," he continued. "All we can do now is pray for him."

Our thoughts are with Nate Dogg and his family.

This sucks, going to hope the best for Nate. Hopefully he'll start taking more care of himself after this, he's too young for a second stroke.
