Chrome is just amazing.

re-installed windows a few months back...before doing that, i stilled used firefox

on my new install, i haven't even installed firefox, chrome > all

Made the switch from Mozilla to Chrome like a month ago...aint looking back.

There is one thing keeping me back. Adblock, the resources used and having to enter incognito every time instead of automatically erasing my history at close

my chrome sucks when i have like 2-3 internet tabs up, makes it go slow. was faster with firefox...

only down side for me is when i am in incognito and start typing a long address or something. it starts slowing down the typing process

I've heard some people have that issue. Not sure why it happens to some. I currently have 5 tabs open and things are running okay. I've had 10-15 before, and still no issue. Unless you're DLing something at the same time through Chrome, like a program, songs, etc... maybe that could be it? Or there's just LOADS of stuff loading on almost all your opened tabs at once.

I've had 50 tabs open and it ran just fine and I have a stock computer from Office Depot that I bought 3 years ago. It does have 6 gigs of ram, but I've never had any issues with Chrome handling that many tabs.


How many add-ons do you have? Those are taking resources everytime you open Chrome so if you have 15-20 add-ons it might be slowing down your ish quite a bit.

Maybe, which add ons? They only open a instance once not with every tab.

i meant like site add ones, like my own. where u put Youtube, Photobucket, TLN up there so u just click it and it goes to the site
