As not only someone who ran the sim league here, but as someone who started it, I can tell you how difficult it is. Those are two different things. Finding 29-30 people to compete and having to introduce what a sim league is to most of them will suck the life out of most people.
At this point, most TLN members who are interested are already competing in the relocated league that was once here. Doubt they'd want to participate in 2 separate leagues. My suggestion is to hop off the sim league idea and start a different branch of an NBA-oriented game (ie ATL, Executive challenge). Same principle, and fun as well.

If you really want it back, you need to send me names of General Managers of at least 75% of the Sim Leagues teams.
