DALLAS (AP) -- Philadelphia 76ers forward Elton Brand has returned to the lineup Monday night against the Dallas Mavericks after missing three games with a sore right hamstring.
Brand, who was injured last Tuesday against Washington, was the first 76ers player off the bench and entered with 5:46 left in the first quarter. He came in averaging 11.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in 14 games this season.
Meanwhile, Dallas center Erick Dampier started after missing eight games with an undisclosed illness.
Dampier was taken to the hospital during warmups against Detroit on Nov. 15.
