If my memory didn't fail me, he came right back in the 2nd half and hit all his free throws, in fact made all but 7 of em overall....someone stamp approval me if that's right...
Yeh, he was 20/27 for free throws but after being 3/10 in the first half, he made all of them.

i was about to say that, the look he gave.....priceless.
I see faith in your eyes
never you hear the discouraging lies
broken is the promise, betrayal
the healing hand held back by deepened nail
follow the god that failed

A Laker moment I will always remember was a home game involving the ref, a kid and the crowd. It was the end of the game [Lakers winning] when the ball bounced to a kid courtside who took the ball and hung on to it. The ref took it back prompting the kid to cry. All of this was being shown on the Jumbotron. The crowd got on the ref booing him and chanting "Give the ball back! Give the ball back!". Van Exel was waiving his towel leading the cheers. When the final horn sounded...Rick Fox retrieved the ball, ran down the sidelines and gave it to the kid who finally smiled as the whole crowd roared.
go fox
another one i remember was a few years back when chick was still alive
someone called in and said 'CHICKS DIG RICK FOX' and stu goes 'WHAT?!?' and the guy goes 'CHICKS DIG RICK FOX.....' and stu goes 'what the hell......oh i thought you were talking about my co host chick hearn..'
lol stu was confused as hell thinking the guy was saying chick hearn was gay
