Here are my rankings for the week.

The Lakers hang onto to #1 for now - I usually don't drop an elite team by 1 loss - but without Gasol they're looking mighty thin!
Thanks

Great Read
If Pau Gasol's MRI comes back Tuesday with bad news, the Lakers may struggle for wins. Fortunately for LA, their schedule is very home heavy early.
Without Gasol in the starting lineup and Lamar Odom as their top reserve, the LA bench is razor thin.
Cool little road trip ahead with Oklahoma City and down to Houston against Trevor Ariza and the Rockets
After it is Nice to Be Home, an for Pau there is no rush .
We need him to be 100% with no further complications
Bench mob needs to sharpen up big time .

Denver, Boston and Orlando are playing much more better than our team right now.
in the 3 games they played I would say their best game was against the Hawks..
they played poorly against the Clippers opening night, and that game against Dallas was a joke.
3 games into the season is right, but if we keep using that excuse as we further into the season, our chances of repeating are slowly dwindling.

You have LA at number one? I would have Boston and Orlando above LA. Boston and Orlando
are playing extremely well and are undefeated.
I agree.
