Excellent choiceThanks for the info Spooky, I didn't really follow soccer until about two months ago when I played FIFA 10 with my friend. Since then, I've actually been pretty excited about it. Probably gonna follow Barcelona in the upcoming season, maybe a Premier League squad as well.
They do show it here. The Gold Cup is hosted in the USA they have to show it.Yea but they never show soccer on TV here except the world cup. I doubt they'll show the Gold or Euro Cup on espn.
They usually show it on either Telemundo or Univision which you can get free over the air. Those same channels show Copa America as well. If you want it in English I'm sure ESPN will air it or FSC. ABC might even air the final.
And the Euro Cup was on ESPN and ABC in 2008 so I'm pretty sure they'll air it again.
As far as watching clubs from Europe, ESPN3.com will be broadcasting games from La Liga (SPAIN), Serie A (ITALY), Portuguese Liga (Portugal), and MLS.
And if you have cable/satellite they broadcast a lot of games from different leagues around the world. The main ones being: EPL (England), La Liga (SPAIN) and the Champions League. All can be found on FSC, GOLTV, Setanta Sports and ESPN/ESPN2. some of those channels also show replays throughout the week if you missed a game.
And if all else fails ATDHE.NET is your friend.
