Excuse my naivete, but how will this trip on a "chartered" plane differ from a trip on a commercial plane?

This plane will have Vic hosting the fun - and ALL the passengers are ONLY the people who purchased the package. A few of us will be on it as well.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
