In it, you'll find some old features, a few new features, some of which include:
1) a new PM system that resembles topic discussion, with the ability to add multiple members
2) a sidebar that provides you with widgets such as a new topic list, status updates (as you see on Facebook) and the ability to collapse it, expanding the board index
3) Facebook Connect, giving you the ability to sign in using your Facebook account[1]
4) OpenID login
5) new tags, including a new media tag that allows you to add mp3 files, YouTube, Google and MySpace video, GameTrailers videos, Flickr image sets or a Flash movie or game using the following tag:
[media]FULL URL HERE[/media]6) public and private voting in polls
7) positive reputation can be given for posts in a topic
...plus much more, in both design and usage.
If you run into any forum issues, please report them in this topic. Please keep in mind that there will be small changes/updates applied every now and then, for the next week or so, to the skin and board settings. However, all feedback will still be accepted and considered.
Also, we are aware that there are some display names that are showing odd characters. This may be from a minor database error. If you are unable to change your display name to show the correct characters, let us know.
