I don't favor punk in particular, but anything with an awesome guitar riff is my fascination.

 

 

Purists will disagree on Sublime, whatever....

 

Nostalgia trumps all.

I'm not really into hardcore punk. I like listen to Misfits maybe sometimes. Ramones of course.The Clash is on my top 10 bands list and is the best punk connection I have,along with the godfathers of punk ( The Who). Other than that,not so much.  

 

I'm more into classic rock.

I love punk music and starting to get into a lot of the older punk. I grew up during the late 90's and early 00's so my favorite punk bands are Blink 182, Green Day and The Offspring. They are more pop punk though but still great music in my opinion.

Dude Ranch is an awesome album! I wish they would release another similar with more of that hardcore punk sound. They went commercial with Enema of the State but you cant blame them. That album made them the big bucks.
