Haha, I had a Zune once, scratched the screen badly so I took it back to Target to return it. I put the protective case on it so they wouldn't see the scratch. They opened the box up, checked the Zune for like 1 second and I was $200 richer.

Yea just take it back since it hasn't been too long.
Weird problem though. I have the original 30GB Zune, from forever ago (before the 2nd gens came out) and it's still perfect.
Same with me, works like new

I got a zune and never had that problem
