Small strike zone tonight. That was maddening. Too many good hitters on both sides so every at bat was tense.
Can't believe Utley booted that double play ball.
First off great game. You guys really flexed your muscle and came up big.
Second of all, I agree with you on that strike zone. The ump was every where tonight and it was frustrating for both teams.
Good luck tomorrow, we are coming to get ya.

Bottom line though: when you score only 1 run, the offense isn't getting it done. So I'm not going to blame defense or even the managerial decision. Where were the bats?
At 1-1, heading to Philly, I'm not concerned. I won't even be concerned if they're down 2-1. It's a 7 game series and I can't expect the Phils to score this few runs routinely. The worst part of it all is that it's psychically crushing to see the way things have played out for the starters for Philly.
Game 1: if Utley (Rollins?) makes that play, Hamels escapes the inning without damage. Even if he gives up a HR to Manny next inning, he's cruising along at 2 ER in 5+ innings.
Game 2: Pedro throws 7 brilliant innings, doesn't even use 90 pitches, and he sits. Relievers combine to allow 5 base runners and 2 runs in 1 inning, lose the game. I DO NOT trust Chan Ho Park. Didn't in game 1. Still don't. It's a real shame we don't have JC Romero healthy.

Don't BS. You knew that game was over right after the 1st inning.I expected some runs from Philly, but not 11.

We'll see what happens in game 5. I think if you guys want to beat us for sure from now on, just keep Matt Stairs on your roster and make him stand on the dugout so Broxton can see him and crap his pants while on the mound.

I mean before the game. If you go back and look at the thread, I was surprised that through two games the Phils had "only" put up 9 runs. No one expects a team to drop 11 in an NLCS game.Don't BS. You knew that game was over right after the 1st inning.
Meanwhile, 25 runs in 4 games is more like it. Now it's time for the Dodgers to respond. 12 runs in three games to that offense? It seems they're due. Unfortunately, it's my boy Cole on the mound. Something has to give.

They become the first NL team ever to win 16 of 20 playoff games.
They face...probably the Yankees.
How do I change a subheading? Should read "B2B NL Champs"

Your lineup1-8 is just stacked and they all produce with runners on, and that was something the Dodgers could not do.
I'll tell you this much, this won't be the last time we face you guys in the playoffs. It should be fun next time around, hopefully we will have some starting pitching that can shut down your offense.
Again, congrats and good luck in the World Series.

And luck they will need, especially with that bullpen. They better score atleast 8 runs a game to even have any kind of a chance, cause lord knows the Yankees will eat that bullpen alive.Hey trodgers, congrats to your team on the series win.
