One of my favorite movies of all time, great story, great acting, great everything. Share your views on this movie.

The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences,
and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon,
for each day to have a new and different sun."

one of the best movies ever

Favorite part: when Royal is smoking on the window sill, and Eli Cash falls out of Margots window. Royal looks down and exclaims "Hey! I know you ***hole!" and Eli just looks up and flashes his palm at him, lmfao

This movie is perfect in everyway (and the tenenbaum family is very loosely based on JD Salinger's Glass family, another one of my favorite works of art.

I love Pagoda too! "he has the cancer"

Agree with 100 percent, when eli flashes his palm at Royal, that is such a underrated part, I think It might be my favorite part of the movie.

I don't think that's underrated. I laughed HARD at that moment. I think the funniest part to me was the first time they were in Eli's apartment and him and Richie are talking and you see those bizzare paintings with the dudes in tribal masks riding ATVs. I saw them and started laughing for about 2 minutes cause I was like WTF?

But this is probably in my top 10 movies of all time. Soooooo many classic moments.

Royal: Oh, that's right. We got another body buried here.
