Some people say it's dangerous. Anyone know why?

Only reason I can think of is that if they make housecalls and go into strangers houses...

Yea I don't know why they specifically would be dangerous out of the many businesses that come into your house, but they are a ripoff

Anything you buy from Best Buy is a rip-off. Including services.
They markup their products so much and people are still dumb enough to shop there.
The only reason I'll buy something from Best Buy is if I get them to price match another store, and then they throw another 10% off the difference.

Them and Firedog tell you something is wrong wiht your computer and make you pay then it's not the real problem and they make you pay more. They did that with my sister's Vaio. Said the HDD was bad, then she buys a new HDD, then Vista and the same thing kept on happening. Then they said it's the motherboard. SMH.

Geek Squad came to our place and completely fixed a seriously messed up network problem we had.
Its been well over a year and things run better than they ever have.
I highly recommend the service.
