lol I don't know about that. Maybe if the Falcons were making serious noise as contenders for the past few seasons, I could see why he'd be as cocky as he was. Instead, they had a record of choking in big games and he wanted to talk all that smack with that kind of track record? I dont know about that..Gotta' feel for LakersGAFan, he put a lot into this.

No team is infallable...Wrong
We can talk postseason too if you'd like. Lost to the Giants (AGAIN) in the super bowl last season, lost in the divisional round the season before that, lost in the wild card in 2009.
sometimes it takes a lucky sticky helmet...
But sersiouly, Patriots are the finest run orginization in sports, Bill Beilcheck is the best coach in sports... he is the phil jackson of the NFL...
if you dont see it, whatever, i have enough battles going on, do not need another...

We'll have our full defense back when Grimes returns, but we need to beef up our D line
Losing Tony will be huge if he does decide to retire, but I think Jacquizz will have a huge role next year, great vision, great runner, great in pass protection and catches as well
Go ATL!

ATL: 27
SF: 21
SF's Defense is Fake and has been over rated for 2 years. Subtract all the games vs weak teams like the Jets, Bills, Cardinals 2x, and Rams 2x (who they couldnt beat) that were all low scoring games. Some even shut outs. Subtract those games vs weak offenses that cant move the ball in practice and lets do some math vs contenders and strong teams.
No b.s. Just stats and facts.
Packers 31, 359
Seahawks 42, 350
Patriots 34, 538
NY Giants 26, 362
Vikings 24, 354
Packers 22, 397 (week 1 when GB had 6 starters injured)
New Orleans 32, 472 (NFC Chip 2012)
211 points, 2832 yards in 7 games???
SF's defense has allowed an average of 404 yards and 30 points in each of the last 7 games they have played against playoff caliber offenses.
But average those games in with SFs blow out wins where teams didnt clear 200 total yards vs
34-0 vs Jets
45-3 vs bills
24-3 vs the Cards
and countless scores vs other non contenders that were in the 13-20 point range and SF has a super solid Defense.....lol
Matt Ryan and the Falcons offense aint afraid of these guys. Pro Bowlers...lol How many interceptions did their Carlos Rodgers have this season? He had 1. A single INT in 16 games and hes in the pro bowl. 6'0" and ATL's receivers are supposed to fear this guy? HA!
Decoud 6 INTs
Samuels 5 INTs
Moore 4 INTs.
Team Total
ATL 21
SF 12
peeps are talking about the wrong defense. Thats right #5 in the red zone. We give up running yards in soft zone D's when were 20 points up at half time.
People love to over look us. Love to doubt and hate. Throw reasons out why this team isnt capable of winning. But theres no reason why Atlantas offense isnt gonna expose the SF defense just like all the other competitors have done above.
