Anyone ever seen this movie? I used to watch it a lot back in the 90s. Always came out on the movie channels. Highly underrated imo. Great story, funny, entertaining, and somewhat inspiring/touching.

Great soundtrack/music too. Songs like Green Day's J.A.R. (Jason Andrew Relva), Weezer's 'You Gave Your Love To Me Softly', and an all time favorite of mine, Mazzy Star - Fade Into You. Amazing beautiful song. You have to hear it if you haven't already.

I used to have a crush on the blonde chick in the movie too as a child & then teen.

James Van Der Beek starred in this too and you'll probably notice a funny looking skinny dude who then later came on the American Pie movies.

I haven't seen this movie in forever, I remember wanting to see it so bad back when it first came out. I mostly remember it for the girl from Jurassic Park and for, like you mentioned, the Green Day song from the soundtrack. I enjoyed the movie though, I should watch it again now that you've reminded me of it's existence.

Well that's a shame. Truly underrated. Fun, funny, and most importantly, will bring back memories and touch your soul.

Okay, I'm only gonna' bump this once in strong hopes that by this time, at least one of you newer posters since the last post of this thread have seen this underrated and somewhat hidden gem from the 90s, anyone?
