The underrated = (in no particular order)

1. Gerald Wallace, i mean this guy is a lock down defender, and has no regard for his body... he is athletic and plays sf, sg, and pf.... he is a great defender, not to mention he was one of the three people in history to average more then 2 blocks and 2 steals again.... the guy is a monster (personally i would rather him then josh smith) (maybe trade LO for him instead? but i doubt Charlotte would part with him)

2. Chris bosh- love him as a player... his ability and all that jazz... i dont see him getting much much better, but he is still a wonderful player, and i would like to see him in another system? maybe run and gun? i think he would excel in that because of his athleticism at his size

3. Caron Butler-When he was the only one playing for Washington he was dirty... he did everything... the guy was averaging like 25 pts 7 rebs 7 assists and 3 steals (numbers might be off) but the guy was ridiculous... he can take over a game when he starts raining from behind the arc, and he can slash....

4. Devin Harris?? - the guy is fast... one of the fastest in the league... can play defense and can score... granted as a PG ur not a score but a play maker, but i think he is still underated

5. Rudy Gay- he is going into his third year averaging 20 points 6 rebounds 1.4 steals 1 block 1.7 threes a game on 34.6 percent shooting... not to mention is overall fg is 46 or so... which is pretty good for a sg or sf type...

Overrated ( no particular order)

1. Carlos Boozer= i personally hate him... he plays no defense, and guy with his athletic ability he should play at least some defense...

2. Jason Kidd... no disrespect, but the dude is past his prime.. he is still good, but not as good as the contract that he demands, and what Dallas gave to get him...

3. Ben Gordon... the dude is a point machine... all he does is score, and he takes a million shots to do it.. he can either be scorching hot or ice cold...dont like him personally... plus he is looking for like 12 mil a year... get out of here with that...

4. (im going to catch flack for this) Ron artest... dudes a great basketball player, but all the drama is not worth it... after he made his rap album and only sold like 4 copies, he requested 2 months off.... IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SEASON... so he could make a second album..... he is a headcase and a half, and i for one am glad we have LO over artest... great basketball player once again... but if he is in a bad mood he wont play a game.. thats how bad his character is...

5. The entire Knicks roster... they college overrated players for a living... steve francis, stephon marbury... EDDIE CURRY!!! omg.. he is terrible... Randolph is pretty overrated... but yea

Are we judging them by how much they make? Or just our own general consensus of what people think of them?

LO is both underrated and overrated

Andrew Bynum.

Most non Laker fans I talk to don't believe he is a solid prospect. They thing he is a "decent" player but no one can see the beast in him. Probably because he didn't play enough this season. I'm 100% sure that if he had a 70+ game season, everyone would be raving about him.
