yeah it works with the iphone, ipod touch and nano. it tells you your distance, pace, time and calories burned. tracks and saves your runs and when synced itunes sends it over to your nike+ profile where you can track your progress. you can set goals, join challenges with other people, map your workouts.
Ohhhh i get it that pretty tight to bad im in a wheelchair thoooo lol

your thinking of the microchip shoe. that one was a cushion regulation system. this is just a pedometer in a shoe.i believe the first one was made by adidas.

i was thinking of using it since i have a couple pair of +running shoes but i never felt the necessity. mapmyrun.com ftw

Can't believe you guys haven't heard about this like 3 years ago, :lol:
haha i knew about them just never decided to shell out the money for it. but its worth it, IMO. shoes are way better than the NB's i was running with
