I'm on my cousin's computer right now. Doesn't have speakers. The volume is low. Checked on control panel and the sounds are all crank up high. It's still low. Anybody know a website to download free equalizer software?

try checking if everything is plugged in, and even the mixer. i dont know of any software than can help.

Click on the volume icon on your system tray, click Mixer. Check for any low volume and pull it up and see how it goes.
Wait you mentioned Control Panel.

Yeah i told him mixer already...you could just ask your friend why his volume is so low..
There is a possibility of a setting from the sound card properties, eg. Creative has their own interface etc.
OR, the connections are plugged in wrongly. Front speakers plugged to the back speakers or something, without back speakers. :lol:
