Because he is currently playing on a team Kirk Hinrich and will have limited minutes(unless Kirk is moved soon). Also, traditionally, PGs are among some of the players to take longest to develop into highly productive assets -- right up there with Cs. It takes longer to get adjusted to the game speed and to learn to control the flow of the game when you're a PG because you have to be aware of so much more than say... an off-guard or a scoring forward (Beasley and Mayo).
