Beasley or Mayo.
Preferably Mayo because he will have the ball in his consistently either it be setting up teammates, or looking to create for himself. In Miami, Wade will have playmaking responsibilities, and though Beasley will get his points and is the more talented player, IMO…I think Mayo will have the most impressive stats which will win him the ROY; since that’s the recipe for winning the ROY award nowadays)

He can already score in bunches at the NBA level. The Heat need to develop their rookie and he will get his minutes especially considering the fact they don't exactly have the depth to bury him on the bench.
Scoring = ROY. Look at Durant vs. Horford for proof of that.

IMO Miami's lack of scorers who can create for themselves outside of Wade is gonna allow Beasley to put up good numbers...then again Mayo is gonna be running wild in Memphis. Hell even Oden's impact on the Blazers might convince the voters...I'll go with Beasley.
