Who ya got? Not sure if this has been discussed here before (search feature was acting up) - I thought it would be an interesting debate.

I also think it would be Ali who would win, but I think it would be a fight in which neither one of them would get knocked down and it would go the full amount of rounds.

In most sports the best players are always debatable..in my opinion golf and boxin are the only 2 that are clear cut..Ali without a doubt (tiger woods for golf)

I just don't see Ali standing up to a accurate, hard hitting, young Mike Tyson. Everyone is called a beast today but Mike truely was one in his prime.

Ali has a major reach, height, speed and agility advantage. Tyson did have a 71" reach which is utterly insane for a guy who's only 5'11", though.

It's hard to say. I don't think Ali could KO Mike, whereas Mike definitely had the power to KO Ali. Its one of those fights that would probably play out differently every single time.

I will say that I enjoy Ali's style a lot more than Tyson's bully-style boxing.

I voted Mike Tyson.

Mike Tyson, when motivated and hungry (not ear hungry) was a great boxer.

Tyson became the WBC champion at 20 years old.

After that he unified all the belts (WBA, WBC, IBF) within the next two years.

but much like the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, the things that Mike Tyson did after all that eclipsed his great career and legacy.

No offense to Ali but Tyson in his prime would literally own him no joke.

I voted Tyson. I've been watching Tyson's fights since I was a kid, and I have never seen anything like him. No offense to Ali, but Mike Tyson can knock him in out in 5-7 rounds.
