I just came back from seeing Fast and Furious. I must say i really enjoyed this one. Probably the best one so far. This one takes place between, 2Fast 2Furious and Tokyo Drift. I liked the storyline, it was very emotional and personal for the characters. The races were added a new feel to them with the GPS look and the new places they had them race gave it a new intensity.
Most of all, its was great to see Paul and Vin together again. The chemistry behind them was very drawing to watch and how they still had a grudge against each other but at the same time, they watched each others back as if they were brothers.

One of the cool things during the movie, is the references about, "The Fast and The Furious" and "Tokyo Drift". "You own me a ten second car" ect.

It was a sucha fun movie to watch, i will probably see it again. btw, Jordana Brewster aka Mia, HOTTIE!

That 'barrio' line by Paul Walker was the best. Incredibly cheesy. The pronunciation wasn't even right.

that movie was, "2 fast 2 furious." I dont think its apart of the fast & furious series. I may be wrong though. I only saw 2 fast 2 furious.

Edit: nevermind. Im wrong.

1 2 4 3 is how the movies go.

it had a lot of nods to the past movies and kinda completely skipped over part 2. they never talk about miami, well brian does say he crashed a skyline, but never said where or when.

overall it was actually a solid movie, vin and paul both show up for this one. even the cheese lines meant something.

If you like cars, then this movie is SOLID.

If not, then you won't have fun.

my friend stopped by the theater last nite and said that tickets were sold out... but then again it made $72.5 million over the weekend.

It must have been the the's that were the problem.

Shorn of its franchise's titular articles, Fast and Furious blew away its predecessors and the box office weekend competition with an estimated $72.5 million Friday-Sunday debut.

The performance was the year's best opening by a mile. It was the car series' biggest by an even longer mile.

Drilling down into the numbers:

• The Furious franchise's previous best was the $50.5 million taken in by 2003's similarly the-lacking 2 Fast 2 Furious.

• With the articles, but without either Vin Diesel or Paul Walker, 2006's The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift earned less in its entire run ($62.5 million) than Fast and Furious is expected to gross in 72 hours.

Really liked the movie a lot. I thought it was better then the first one just because there was action from beginning to end.

I know it's a movie, but still, heard it was WAYY too fake. I mean to the point where they exaggerated badly and it looked bad.

I saw it and was sort of entertained. I'm a car enthusiast so when I see glorified car-movies such as this one... I cringe. First one was still the best for me.
