Did the writers of Lost ever explain anything about Walt? I know I saw that 15 minute video with him, Hugo, and Ben but I thought that was just something fun and not anything serious.it's his birthday today. 19 years old, grow up so fast.

I remember when fans used to spend so much time theorizing about Walt's importance on the show. Like Walt was the 'key' to it all.

What was up with all those scenes where he would pop up outta nowhere on the island (when Shannon saw him and Sayid too once)...was that the smoke monster? These things confuse the F outta me.we only know that walts destiny is to one day run the island.
But when the real Locke was trying to get the oceanic 6 to go back to the island he went to visit him in NY he determined that "walt was not ready yet".

I'd have to see each seen to tell you which Walt is who. What was up with all those scenes where he would pop up outta nowhere on the island (when Shannon saw him and Sayid too once)...was that the smoke monster? These things confuse the F outta me.

But my understanding is that some of those strange Walt appearances were Smokie, Jacob and Walt in a non physical form. That Walt and the island shared some type of super natural connection that enabled him to (for lack of a better term) travel outside his body. Some form of telepathy.
Mind travel Like Professor Xavier in Xmen when X is using Cerebro is the closest comparison Ive been able to think of.

Thats why Walt was always called "special".
Then theres hundreds of theorys about Walts dog to.....dont get me started...lol

wtf, so thats why he shows up then, I was thinking earlier how the smoke monster only becomes the dead people. But then why did Walt never bring it up at anytime (when Locke came to visit him to get back to the island, when Michael and him got back to their home ect...). They never explained this at ALL, damn u Lost.I'd have to see each seen to tell you which Walt is who.

They could make a cool lost/fringe crossover episode involving Walt.

There's this 12 minute clip that shows Hurley and Ben fetching Walt from a quack center and they all go back to the island so Hurley can give Walt the Jacob title when the time is right.

-LD2K aka Chriswhat Chick Hearn was to the "ear" of the fans, I want to be to the "eye" of the fans

I think that was just made for the fans. I don't look too deep into that.

Rewatching Lost has made me hate Jack even more. I can't believe how trusting this dude is and how he can't believe in weird things. Hello, you're in a freaking HATCH, pushing a damn BUTTON on a ISLAND where your airplane magically CRASHED with no CAUSALITIES.
