Funny, my ISP is Sasha Vujacic. At first, they offered a cheap rate and it performed awesome. They bumped the price
up and now the performance is downright awful. I'm thinking of switching to SBC (Shannon Brown Cable).

Oh yeah, I've done that before. I have one of the fastest computers around as well as internet speed. I figured out the problem. It was mostly simply just me having to unplug the connection and plug it back in. I used to have to do this a lot more on my older computer, but on this new one, it's the first time I had to do so. I just waited however for my older Bro to get home just to be sure before I tried anything that was risky cuz I was gonna' try some other option the computer gave me. That and also just the fact that from time to time, the internet isn't as fast for most people on any particular day at any particular time. Too much traffic perhaps or something.check your speed at speedtest.net
Do you know what your bandwidth is? If your speedtest doesn't match up with what your bandwidth is supposed to be (won't be exactly, but should be close), then call your ISP and [expletive] and complain that you're paying for XXMbps, and you're only getting XXMbps.
So a combination of those things, but fortunately, all is good now. Couldn't be any happier (huge sigh of relief). Thanks though.

My internet is horrible. It goes in and out, all day. I hate it. I have to keep unpluging the modem and plugging it back in.

Yep. and I HAT HATE HATE going over download limit. Haven't watched any vids this month as I watch most games on the net and i dont wanna go over so i cant watch them so so annoying
