i think the only one that seems beatable for me is pele's
btw..his numbers don't mean much..he played his entire life in a [expletive]ty brazilian league..then he upgraded to the mls (laugh)...which allowed him to play till he was like..50 or w.e

I don't know about the rest, but I can for sure say that no franchise in NBA history will win 8 straight NBA championships again. The teams are nearly double as much as they were during the 60's and in this generation, so much can happen in a span of 8 years.

8 NBA Championships will never happen, nor will anyone score 100pts again.
I also don't think anyone will ever get 7 No-Hitters in their career like Nolan did. That is ridiculous. AFAIK the next in line is Koufax with 4.

This is Australian sport but a Rugby League team, the St. George Illawarra Dragons won 11 championships in a row. That is highly unbeatable since there is a salary cap YOU CAN NOT GO OVER or you are deducted points (wins). So that is fairly unbeatable!
