It's gonna be a long week, leading up to the start of this series. But, well worth it.

This championship means so much for this team, for Kobe, and for the fans. If we win this, it may well go down as my favorite Lakers championship ever.

I told you before...I NEVER doubt Kobe. Kobe will get his.

But Kobe is going to need the same type of effort that we got from LO, Gasol, and etc in game six against Denver. That was the best I've seen LA play this entire postseason. If we can play like that all the time...we're unstoppable.

A win is a must for the first 2 games, because if they get a win, they have 3 straight games at home...

I see 3 things happening in this game that could potentially dictate the series.

Kobe needs to get Courtney Lee in foul trouble and send him to the bench. This brings in Pietrus. Kobe needs to then get Pietrus in foul trouble and send him to the bench.
Also, Gasol needs to get whoever is guarding him into foul trouble and send that person to the bench so that the Magic are playing with their lesser 3 point shooting talent. SVG has shown to not play a deep bench rotation throughout the playoffs. I don't see him changing this philosophy to much.

I know a lot of people are stating that we need to get Howard in foul trouble but I see it the other way around. I think the 3 point threat needs to be removed from Orlando and we force them into becoming a 2 point scoring team by putting the ball on the floor. We lost the 2 regular season games against them because of that 3 point shot.
