Game 4, pivotal?

piv·ot·al (pv-tl)
adj.
1. Of, relating to, or serving as a pivot.
2. Being of vital or central importance; crucial: "Its pivotal location has also exposed it to periodic invasions" Henry A. Kissinger.

Had the Lakers lost game 3... it would be pivotal. As it stands, they didn't and in the process, took homecourt back. Game 4, would be a good win and be another nail in the coffin of the Nuggets. But, pivotal? Not by any stretch. Unless we're looking at it from Denver's perspective.

Methinks you're not getting the point on the whole meaning of pivotal

like the pivot foot

series goes to either 3-1 or ties at 2-2 - thus can pivot to a laker dominant series - or a tough best 2 of 3

assuming it's not 3-0 after the first few games - game 4 is always the pivotal game
