Nate Robinson is trying to find his way to Portland, but the feeling might not be reciprocated by the Blazers.

"Nate’s been telling people he doesn’t feel he’ll be around New York much longer," a source told Tommy Dee. "He wants Portland, he wants to go closer to home."

There is currently no interest from Portland in signing Robinson to an offer sheet, according to another source.

The Blazers are focusing their search on a veteran point guard.

Nate wanting to be in Portland is kinda scary.

I see Blazers making a run at Kidd and who knows Nate may be a second option.

Kidd would be great for the Blazers.

Problem is they can't commit a lot of money to him. They have a slew of free agents coming up and even without Kidd (or Kidd at minimal salary and years) they're going to have trouble holding onto every one of them.

Blazers will be under the cap this summer. They can offer 7-8 million a yr... approx...

Right but its when their young guys all come up almost together they have to guard against. They can't afford to lose a couple guys in favor of a Kidd rental.

But Jason would fit there really well. He's just what they need.

They are allowed to sign there guys for max so they won't lose them for money reasons. Besides they are owned by a multi billionaire.
