I guess Nuggets have to forfeit that game against us. Seems the only logical solution to me.

:shifty: I'd go with that.

WWE will not lose rights to the date. And they shouldnt. The NBA screwed up. The NBA will have to reschedule or find a different venue for game 4.
FACTS:
1. WWE/Monday Night RAW have had the day scheduled at the Pepsi center over 10 months ago.
2. Legal commitments have been signed and executed including a billion dollar insurance policy.
3. The Nuggets dont "OWN" their home stadium (Pepsi Center) just like the Lakers dont "own" Staples so they
have NO veto power in regards to the venues scheduling because they feel their event is more important.
4. WWE/Monday Night Raw has been sold out for 6 months and Game 3 in Denver still has tickets
available....lol.
5. WWE INC. has allready shipped in over 5 million dollars worth of staging, effects, pyro, people etc. for the
event to Denver in preperations for their event.
6. Even though a Lakers playoff series will set TV ratings precedence NOW....WWE/RAW happens year round with no stops or mid seasons and continues to be in the top 10 in Nielsen TV ratings every week for the last 10 years. So dont expect USA (the Network that airs RAW) to just step aside for ESPN.
7. Even if the Pepsi center booking made the flaw or was partly responsible WWE would still retain a contract executed many months ago giving them the legal principals and rights to have their event on their agreed to date.

I always liked Vince. The man is one rich mother[expletive]er. He has the only year-round "sport".

He also has the only "fake sport" too. LOL!!!

Anyone got the full clip of vince talking about it?

Don't know what exactly the legal status of this is, but for me, real sports > fake. Sorry WWE.

Daco, you say that with the certainty of knowing the NBA isnt fake.....lol.
Its pro sports, its all just a show. It may be as BS as wrestling for all we know...lol

But yea....I talked to a friend in corporate....its possible the Nuggies may pay Vinnie Mac to reschedule. He may do that cuzz as his theme song states "It must be the money".

imagine vince walking out during halftime with his no chance in hell song and the strut

http://latimesblogs....for-game-4.html

The controversy over the double booking of the Pepsi Center on Monday has been resolved ... at least partially.

Kroenke Sports Enterprises, which owns the Nuggets and the arena, booked a WWE "Monday Night Raw" wrestling show on Monday, which conflicted with Game 4 of the Western Conference finals between the Nuggets and the Lakers.

The Denver Post reported that the game will go on as scheduled. Matter settled, at least as far as the arena is concerned.

WWE? That's another matter. "I'm up the creek and I don't have a paddle, either," Vince McMahon, WWE chairman, told the Denver Post. I really don't know what to do.... I have no idea what's going to happen."

Just give the players an extra days rest. What's the big deal? They have the arena for MONDAY Night Raw. Let em have it. Not gonna kill us to have the game a day later.
