Lakers in 5 or 6 at most
Rockets were a hard matchup for us. I don't think Denver's D will be that hard on our offense like Houston's was

Denver had started playing better D though. we have a better chance at beating them if we use our size like todayNuggets are the favorites to win the series

K. Martin/C. Anthony = Odom/Ariza (versatility factor)
Smith/Jones < Kobe/Vujacic
Billups/Carter/Hart > Fisher/Brown/Farmar
My positioning advantages. Anyone want to agree/disagree with me?

Odom, Gasol, and Drew needs to be consistent for them to win this series. Kobe will be Kobe. The bench needs to play a fast paced offense since the Denver back ups likes to play a slow tempo with Carter running the point.
This is gonna be a fun series to watch.

Matter of fact, we haven't played consistently well at all in this years playoffs. So, its no wonder people are picking Denver over the Lakers this year.

Carmelo and Billups will pwn us. I say we put Shannon on Chauncey cause Fisher is done; not sure who to put on Melo though.
Fisher will match up better with Billups. Billups isnt the quick point guard that Fisher has problems with.

good luck with that.
Dont fix what aint broke.
Fish on Billups
KB24 on D. Jones
Drew on N. Hilario
Ariza on Melo
Pau on K-mart
If I was PJ I wouldnt switch the defensive match ups much. Lakers match up well on both ends except for Chauncey, but because Fish is stronger Billups post up game wont be much. He'll try to penetrate to create the pass rather than try to score. He knows Drew and Pau are back there when he attempts to drive so he wont. Other than that he will be a perimeter shooter. Fish will play him tight to force him to put it on the floor. And KB will play great help defense and may even set some traps or press early leaving Jones free.
You cant match up Shannon Brown to start the series vs. Billups. Even though Brown is faster, stronger, taller and longer than Chauncey. Experience is what sets the tempo to win a series.
Fish doesnt have to do much statistically vs. Billups. Just make him put it on the floor and be there to set some traps/presses with KB. This will help to force the nuggets into offensive sets they dont want to run and make it so they dont have time to set their offense in ways they have been all year.
