Hey all,

Here’s a nice break from the drama in LA as we near Game 7 – something completely different:

NBA Trade Watch: Top Eight Candidates

One Clippers – no Lakers – and technically it’s not 8 players but 12.

Also – those Lakers tix for tomorrow? Long gone!

Thanks

Eric

You think Kaman is the odd man out in LA? What would they be looking for in return? They've got a solid starting lineup offensively with Baron/Gordon/Thorton/Z-Bo/Camby, they definitely need some defensive players and depth, but any scenarios where you see him going?

I could see a team like the Wizards maybe giving up their draft pick in some sort of deal for Kaman, they've needed a big man forever. After Blake Griffen and Jordan Hill are gone there are a lot of guards predicted to go in the lottery. However you've got teams like the Grizz, Wiz, Twolves and maybe even Warriors who really need big men, and could possibly trade their picks if a big man is involved. I could see something going down between the Wiz and Clips if the Wiz don't get Griffen or Hill.
Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.

i don't see what the Wizards would be willing to move to get Kaman - unless LAC just wants last years and considerations, etc

problem with the Wiz - sky high lux tax payroll - I don't see them bringing on another big k
