Pro Football Weekly - The Raiders are hoping that JaMarcus Russell grows as a passer and leader this summer, but also that he improves his conditioning.

He's a big quarterback, but hasn't been in top shape the last two seasons.

I am a Russel apologist, but c'mon, Russ.

This season has so much riding for the Raiders legacy. Is JaMarcuss going to be that QB? Was McFadden the right pick over Clady, Ellis, Dorsey? Is Al as crazy as he seems for drafting Heyward-Bey and Mitchell well before they were projected(Though it was known that New York was trying to trade up for DHB, and Chicago was nabbing Mitchell at 49)
