I think its sort of obvious that I have it.
Its the CS3 package, completely legal.
I use it every single day, I actually have around 3-10 different Photoshop projects open at all time.
I also use the other Adobe CS3 software that comes with it -- Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc.
