Spain wins EuroCup, Spains wins this. That is the best soccer country in the world right now hands down.
Will be looking forward to how they fare in the world cup.
That is an extremely incorrect statement.
The English dominance of Europe has been clear, although I don't think that dominance will last much longer now the tax rates have gone up in England.

But Iniesta and Xavi had a great influence in the Spanish team, and look at what they did yesterday... It was just like watching Spain during the Eurocup.

Yes, I agree about that.
lol Bynumite, your big Barça hate made you to fail hard in this thread.
Your ignorance makes you fail harder, as I have followed Barcelona all year and find them one of the most enjoyable teams to watch. I just HATE the way they got to the final. Chicano just made one of his stupid "Latin pride" statements like he always does (although he leaves out Italy, France and Romania as he does not consider them latin, which is weird because the Italians are the TRUE latins).

The two goal scorers were from CAMEROON and ARGENTINA.
Are you telling me Pedro Rodríguez would have scored those two goals?
English dominance is clear. English clubs have billionaire Russian/Middle-Eastern owners who give them the money to spend a [expletive] load on players. That dominance may not last now players are getting taxed 50%, but at the moment English teams are dominant...although I prefer the style of play in Spain (English ball-hoofing for the loss).
Again, I have ALOT of respect for Barcelona and their style of football and I have alot of respect for the way they are run as a club.

DB is far away from being a hater of Barça. He has always supported them with the exception of CL semifinals which is understandable because the ref got some crucial decisions wrong.lol Bynumite, your big Barça hate made you to fail hard in this thread.

I don't care from where the goal scorers are, the style of play and the midfield are spanish. You have to know how to get control of the ball if not there is no way you can get the ball to your forwards.

So then Arsenal also play a Spanish style?
AC Milan as well?
What is your point? Chicano's statement is incorrect, there's no more to it.
10 years ago it was Italian dominance. 5 years ago it was Spanish dominance. Now it's English dominance. The cycle continues. Alot of good youngsters are making their way to Italy, the Italian dominance will come back very soon imo. It's a cycle between the three best countries, Italy, Spain and England.
Chicano's statement was also incorrect because Winning the Euro 2008 competition does not make you the Best in the World, if this was true, Greece would be the best in the World in 2004. It forgets the good South American countries like Brazil and Argentina.
This CL could easily have been an all English final again...
