i like GSP, but he fights not to lose, instead of fighting to win. I love Greg Jackson, but most of his fighters are getting really really boring. Anyway, that Hendricks vs Condit fight was really really good

That's the last GSP fight I ever get hyped for. The last 6 fights are all replays. Unless he's fighting Anderson, I won't have much interest.
That Condit Hendricks fight was a real war.
Nate the Greats 1st fight back & he gets KTFO.

his reluctance to move up is baffling too. He has dominated the division for almost a decade. He's not moving up or down. lol.

Anderson moved up several times, no questions asked. GSP is real hesistant. Heck, he won't even fight in the US, let alone a higher weight against the GOAT.

I doubt GSP ever moves up. Unlike Silva, he hasn't even tested the waters yet at the next weight division. At least Anderson has fought at 205 a few times already.

LOL, did you just reword my previous post?
I really hope Alexander doesn't pull out of his fight against Mousasi this Saturday night. That's such a good match up.

Haha wow, I didn't even realize that. Maybe I was tired and thought just I thought it and didn't realize I just saw it. But yeah, that's basically why he won't be moving up by now. He's done absolutely nothing to show that he actually wants to move up. I get the feeling he's never really been interested in it despite the promotion of that fight potentially happening for years now. He just doesn't rule it out for the media's sake.

Looks like Gustafsson has been ruled out of Saturday nights fight.

He's being replaced by Ilir Latifi. I don't know who that is, but I guess it's better than having no fight altogether.

wow another crazy KO for Uriah Hall!

man, such a bummer Gustafsson had to pull out, was really excited for this match up. Mousasi is so underrated, so underlooked. He'd be great as a LHW, but i prefer him as a MW

Dana posted this pic of AG's "cut" & he was pissed.

Dammit if Hall isn't a scary SOB.

Rumor around the web says Mousasi has a slight MCL tear and still pushed through. Gustafsson had a cut. Jones had to cancel an event because he doesn't want to fight Sonnen the last minute.

It's the 6 year anniversary of Serra upsetting GSP.
That event was the very first full UFC event I watched(Sylvia/Couture on UFC 68 was the first fight). It was a really solid card all around except for Sanchez/Koscheck. Huerta/Garcia was awesome.

Not the debut I was hoping from Mousasi but what can you do?

Given that he could get Overeemed, it is best to fight super safe against a no namer. He had nothing to gain in that fight, and everything to lose.

Hall looked beastly in TUF, but I think Kelvin has shot if he can get him down and keep him down.
The TUF 17 finale doesn't look that great on paper. Faber is always in good fights and the tournament final should be good. Meh on the rest, but sometimes the cards with the lesser names end up being really good.

Dana really screwed up by not choosing Josh-Hall.
I wanted to see Josh get destroyed by Hall.

You sure right about how the card looks but you can't beat a free card.
