Horrible way for a series start. They play pretty great defense and we have no answer for Brook's quickness. 1-1 won't even satisfy me becuz we might lose both in Houston. Mtfkin #1 for no reason.

id rather commit suicide then go thruw this again

Our answer to Brook is to not play Fisher. Fisher exacerbates the situation.

i get nervous easily so now every single shot is our season

every single defensive series is our season

i hate 0-1 because another bad game becomes 0-2 and then you are f'ed because they have homecourt

LMFAO at all you guys saying Pau Gasol sucks and Pau Gasol is soft.

LEARN HOW TO PLAY BASKETBALL.

THEN TAKE A CLASS THAT TEACHES UNITS, SUCH AS INCHES.

Then, take someone who is 7'0" and stand them next to someone that is 7'6" tall. See the difference?

Why do you think that Kobe doesn't guard 7'0" centers? Maybe because of something such as height difference? Then add the extra wingspan that Yao has on Gasol and Pau isn't getting anywhere. You're going to have to accept that. This doesn't mean Pau is soft, this means he is 6 inches shorter than Yao!!!!!!!!!!!!

LIKE YES REALLY OMG!!

Pau is going to be able to shoot jump shots and jump shots. Same with Andrew Bynum. If their jump shots aren't falling, well then we can't look into the post much can we?

What we should be doing is having Pau and Bynum when in at separate times play on the weak side of the ball and let Odom run the post on the other side, or they can run the pick and roll up top to get Kobe free into a position where we get this mismatch.

Blaming Pau Gasol for being soft is outrages and just goes to show how many people on here don't actually understand basketball. Or inches for that matter.

were you watching the game? because from what i saw andrew played good D on yao or at least better than pau did and that was the whole point

no espn...for me for the next 2 days

no going on rockets boards for the next few days either. their heads are going to be inflated until game 3 once we gain the lead back

all we have to do is win game 2 and then win either game 3 or game 4 and will be fine

Jeremy Maclin, Lesean McCoy. Now, the Eagles have an offense to match the defense.

Pau Gasol is GONE

Rusty.

Kobe not driving the lane.

Pau Gasol inconsistent tonight.

Odom showing up for one quarter.

Shooting 12% from three.

Recipe for a loss.

Now unfortunately we have all these whiners and chicken littles in the Lakers discussion. Staying away until tommorrow afternoon, can't stand the little children who get worried for no reason.

If anyone thinks the Lakers performance had to do with how the Rockets played, think again.

I still believe we are going to win the series.

But the thought of us losing in the 2nd round to a Rockets team without Tracy McGrady and basically only Yao Ming and Ron Artest with a few good players here in there beating us after such an amazing season is a scary thought to me.
