The NBA just announced the many possible schedules for the rest of round one with a footnate

Lakers vs (Portland or Houston) will be on Monday, May 4.

no times yet - my guess is it'd be 7:30pm

Shouldn't it start on Sunday if the Portland series ends on Thursday? I would think they would want the lakers to play on Sunday if possible.

[expletive]in Lakers schedule. I work Mon/Thurs/Sat and this Lakers schedule has been making me miss work a damn lot.

the game won't be on sunday, because ABC/nba want lebron to have the later time in the day, and the lakers can't go early, so they moved the lakers. weird, the cavs don't get the ratings, but the nba still wants them on sunday.

i bet lebron will get the mvp on sunday. that's most likely why the nba wants the main time slot on sunday for the cavs and lebron.
