Chris:

PG Magic
SG West
SF Baylor
PF Worthy
C Kareem

6th man Kobe

Tell me that "you know your team is stacked when Kobe is ur 6th man? uh"

Now this is really hard. This is the hardest team to pick cuz so many hall of famers for almost each position

Mine is

Magic
Kobe
Balor
Kareem
Wilt

6th man West

Yes i put Kareem to the PF. I dont care!!

my starting line up reminds me of this year lakers.. i aint comparing them. its kinda close to our roster right now. 2 7 foot tall, 1 white whos the 6th man.. farmer? lol

Webber is right on the money. I would have the exact same 5.

When Kobe's career is over, you can put him on lists like these. But the kid is still building his legacy.

P.S.
It's Farmar - not Farmer.

I love Kobe... I really do... but even when his career is over I'm not sure I will be comfortable putting him above Jerry West.

I got CWebb's back on this one as well. Though I could easily swap Wilt for Kareem, that is a definite coin toss.

on a few of the boxing sites that i post in, i've always stated that my top 10 lakers would probably beat a squad of top 10 NBA ATGs
QUOTE ("Jerry Buss")
One of the biggest reasons I bought the Lakers was to beat the Celtics …..you just got it into your soul that you couldn't stand the Celtics anymore

Anytime you have a teams top. 5 and you can leave out Shaq in his prime, that says something about the amount of great players you've had.

Favorites? Or best lineup?

Best lineup:

Magic at the 1
West at the 2
Kobe at the 3
Kareem at the 4
Wilt at the 5

Off the bench, in no particular order ...

Shaq, Baylor, Worthy, Gasol, Coop

Actual Fav 5? Magic, Kobe, Kareem, Worthy, Scott. Yeah, I'm a Showtime guy.
He tasks me, he heaps me. I see in him outrageous strength, with an inscrutable malice sinewing it. That inscrutable thing is chiefly what I hate, and be the white whale agent, or be the white whale principal, I will wreak that hate upon him. Speak not to me of blasphemy, man, I'd smite the sun if it insulted me.
