How will the move from AM570 to ESPN Radio for the Lakers affect the job status of Spero Dedes as head radio announcer of all Laker games on the radio? Will he be replaced automatically?

Spero works for the Lakers, not 570.

Thus, when the move is made to ESPN, Spero will continue calling games.

All four announcers -- Joel, Stu, Spero, and MT are employees of the Lakers and not the TV/Radio networks.

They're keeping the same radio team in tact.

spero needs to do the tv broadcast...joel myers needs to be sent on a baseball assignment and paul sunderland should do the radiocast

and, if i'm not mistaken, all pre/post hosts have to be approved by the team on both radio and television.
